Scheduled Maintenance for Vivio’s Internal Mail Server
What’s Happening
Vivio’s internal mail server will be going down for upgrades at 3AM PST Saturday Morning, July 9th, and is expected to remain offline for approximately 3 hours while the upgrade takes place. We are upgrading both the Operating System as well as our Mail Server software to more modern versions. This will ensure that these systems remain secured and patched during their lifetime.
How will this Affect You?
This will effect clients primarily who are working with Vivio on Support Requests that are routed through this email server. Specifically, the addresses for support, sales, and billing will be deferred during this time. All email sent to these addresses during the maintenance window are expected to get sent to their intended recipient once the maintenance is complete. No email should be lost during this time.
What if I Need Help Right NOW!?
If you require immediate assistance, technicians will be online and monitoring our phones and our live-help chat systems. Further, any open support requests you have can be reviewed and responded to by logging in to your Vivio Portal account at https://portal.viviotech.net/. So even while the maintenance is going on, you will have live access to support, and access to your support tickets through your Vivio Portal account.
