I’d like to talk about a significant price increase to our SysOps Support going into effect on September 1st, 2021.
Like most businesses, our operational expenses have increased over the last several years, and we need to increase our prices. I’ve waited to make this decision, knowing that this pandemic has already caused added financial pressure. We could potentially start using call centers or chatbots to lower some of our costs, but I believe it would reduce the quality of our service. We’ve always believed in providing helpful, quality Support for the nearly 20 years we’ve been in business.
The price for our SysOps Support Subscription is currently $60; on September 1st, 2021, it will increase to $120. This subscription includes time for monitoring and proactively responding to alerts that prevent future problems. All of your requests are given a higher priority by our team, and any additional time you may need will be billed at $100 per hour. Our non-subscriber SysOps Support will be $180 per hour.
Whether you have a subscription or not, you can call and talk to our Support team anytime! All of our Support operations and processes are third-party audited every year so that you can have confidence that security is our priority. All of the work that our team provides is detailed and well-documented, and our pricing is transparent so that you’re able to budget and plan.
I haven’t covered everything that goes into creating quality support, and we’re always finding ways to improve ours. We’re working on some exciting changes to our Support models in the coming months. I’ll be able to give you more information after we get the last details finalized.
